Enriched Air Diving Course - £95.00
Diving with enriched air can increase your no decompression dive time or allow you to get back in the water quicker. This course is designed to teach you about the procedures, hazards, risks and benefits of diving with enriched air containing 22-40% oxygen. It also introduces you to oxygen blends from 41-60%, which are common in some recreational semi-closed rebreathers.
Requirements
You need to be at least 15 years old and hold a minimum qualification of Open Water Diver.
Course Outline
The course consists of self study, a classroom session and an exam. During the course you will learn:
- To plan and make enriched air dives.
- The special equipment considerations for enriched air diving.
- About enriched air considerations, including managing oxygen exposure, analysing the air in your tank and how to use a dive computer when diving with enriched air.
